    • This experience runs for two hours
    • Available weekdays between 9.30am – 3.30pm
    • Available weekends between 9.30am – 5.00pm
    • This package is for two passengers. One additional passenger can be added. This will incur extra charge and is dependent on height and weight of the passengers
    • In case of bad weather, you will be contacted in advance to reschedule to a date and time that suits for both parties

    Cancellation

    Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and must be arranged directly with them according to their policy:

    • If you need to reschedule 48 hours prior to the experience date, there’s no charge
    • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the experience date, there’s a charge dependant on availability
    • If you’re a No Show, your forfeit your experience and aren’t entitled to a refund or to re-book
