• Comfortable bike with baby seats, kids bikes and trail alongs available if needed
• Helmet
• Rain ponchos if needed
• Secure bag storage when you’re out on the tour
• Small baskets mounted on the bikes for wallets/cameras
• Expert guide giving informative cultural and historical commentary

• Family ticket admits 2 adults and 2 kids
• Tours run Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday
• Departure time is at 2.15pm for April – September
• Departure time is at 3.15pm for October – March
• The tour runs for approx. 2.5 hours
• Booking time/details will be confirmed by the experience provider
• Once your booking is confirmed any changes should be arranged with the experience provider, according to their policy:
  • Over 2 weeks before the experience date: No charge. 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person fee to change the experience time and date. Within 48 hours of the experience date, no shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and will not be entitled to a refund or to re-book
  • Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstance
• Each tour has a maximum of 20 people
• Experience runs in all weather conditions
• Guides are trained in safety procedures and are there to help
