    • Departure time is 10.30am
    • The tour runs for approximately 4 hours
    • Booking time/details will be confirmed by the experience provider
    • Family tickets is for 2 adults and 2 children
    • Each tour has a maximum of 20 people
    • Tour will have 2 expert guides
    • Experience runs in all weather conditions
    • Guides are trained in safety procedures and are there to help
    • The route is mostly through parks and pedestrian areas, the streets you have to travel on have been picked especially because they have light traffic

    Once your booking is confirmed any changes should be arranged with the experience provider, according to their policy:

    • Over 2 weeks before the experience date: No charge. 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person fee to change the experience time and date.
    • Within 48 hours of the experience date, no shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and will not be entitled to a refund or to re-book

    Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
