- Children under 17 require adult supervision, we are a fully licensed vessel

Cancellation Policy
- All sales final Passengers will not receive any refund regardless of cancellation status. Reschedule of bookings can be negotiated on a case by case basis if requested within 72 hours of departure.
- Failure to board, no refunds will be applied. Weather and Safety Conditions: The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the sailing trip.
- If we cancel the trip due to safety reasons we will roll bookings to a new event date or give a full refund.
