- As flights are subject to availability, please note that your booking is on a request basis only. Once you complete the booking, a phone number will be displayed on your tour voucher so you can contact the operator to confirm the date and flight time
- Should the date you requested not be available, date changes are allowed. If you are not able to move the date, a full refund will be issued
- Minimum passenger numbers of two are required to confirm this booking. Bookings with less than the minimum will be waitlisted and joined onto another tour where able, only when this has happened will a booking be confirmed

- For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, an additional adjacent seat is allocated on board the helicopter with a surcharge incorporated into the fare type

- Please confirm that I am/we are recommended to wear enclosed toe, non-slip footwear
- All passengers weighing 125 kilograms or more are required to purchase a Comfort Seat in addition to their fare and are required to contact PHS (Professional Helicopter Services) as the supplier directly

- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
