Seasons
- Unfortunately the weather is not ideal every day and in bad weather conditions, you will be phoned by Professional Helicopter Services as soon as the flight is cancelled.
- Flights do not operate in the following conditions - high winds, electrical storms, heavy fog or conditions such as heavy rain where visibility is greatly reduced.
- Passengers cancelled by Professional Helicopter Services should rebook an alternate flight date with Professional Helicopter Services. If you doubt the flight is going to go ahead, please call Professional Helicopter Services on (08) 8956-2003.
- Please note, Professional Helicopter Services is often able to fly during wet weather and if the flight does go ahead and you fail to show up, you will forfeit your monies paid.

- Refer to your confirmation above for your start time, please ensure that you are ready 15 minutes prior to your confirmed flight time for your pick up at Kings Canyon Resort or meeting at the helipad.

- This experience is operated by Professional Helicopter Services and departs from Kings Canyon Resort, Luritja Rd, Petermann NT 0872. Please refer to your confirmation for your pick-up time.
Hotel Pickup
- Air conditioned bus transfers are included free of charge from the resort and can be collected from the reception area of all hotels. Please refer to your Confirmation above for your pick up time.
What To Bring
- Wear loose comfortable clothing, suitable to the weather on the day
- Wear sensible footwear
- Sunglasses are a good idea as the glare off clouds can be quite bright
- A camera and/or video camera are highly recommended

- Aviation Tourism Australia has never experienced a jet helicopter accident since its incorporation in 1982. All flights include a thorough safety briefing, with written information and a verbal/ physical demonstration. Our ground crew and flight crew are professionals with extensive training and experience; in fact they are considered some of the best in the industry. Seat Belts/ Head sets/ Lifejackets Part of our strict adherence to Civil Aviation Safety Authority Regulations means that all flights require passengers to wear seat belts during the entire flight as well as lifejackets when flying over water. Headsets are worn in helicopters to protect hearing, and to enable passengers to listen to the pilot's commentary during the flight. The headsets provide two-way conversations with pilot, so passengers can ask questions about what they are seeing. Cancellation / Postponement requested by the client
- Changes to confirmed bookings must be expressed in writing and may incur rebooking/cancellation charges. Please call Adrenalin as soon as possible if it is necessary to alter your booking. Cancellations made by you within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

- Inform the experience provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so they may accommodate you
- For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, an additional adjacent seat is allocated on board the helicopter with a surcharge incorporated into the fare type
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
