Hotel Pickup
- Air conditioned bus transfers are included free of charge from the resort and can be collected from the reception area of all hotels. Please refer to your Confirmation above for your pick up time.
What To Bring
- Wear loose comfortable clothing, suitable to the weather on the day
- Wear sensible footwear
- Sunglasses are a good idea as the glare off clouds can be quite bright
- A camera and/or video camera are highly recommended

- Flights operate on demand, 7 days a week from Kings Canyon Resort
- You should have already provided Adrenaline with your weight details on the booking form but if you have not please do so immediately
- Safety Professional Helicopter Services and Aviation Tourism Australia operate in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations and operates at all times with guest safety and comfort being of the foremost concern
- All flights include a thorough safety briefing, with written information and a verbal/ physical demonstration. Our ground crew and flight crew are professionals with extensive training and experience; in fact they are considered some of the best in the industry
- Seat Belts/ Head sets/ Lifejackets Part of our strict adherence to Civil Aviation Safety Authority Regulations means that all flights require passengers to wear seat belts during the entire flight as well as lifejackets when flying over water
- Headsets are worn in helicopters to protect hearing, and to enable passengers to listen to the pilot's commentary during the flight. The headsets provide two-way conversations with pilot, so passengers can ask questions about what they are seeing
- Unfortunately the weather is not ideal everyday and in bad weather conditions, you will be phoned by Professional Helicopter Services as soon as the flight is cancelled
- Flights do not operate in the following conditions - high winds, electrical storms, heavy fog or conditions such as heavy rain where visibility is greatly reduced
- Please note, Professional Helicopter Services is often able to fly during wet weather and if the flight does go ahead and you fail to show up, you will forfeit your monies paid
Terms And Conditions
- Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Please inform the provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking
- Please confirm that I am/we are fit, able and have a moderate to high level of mobility to safely load and unload the helicopter without assistance
- Please confirm that I am/we are required to utilise steps and platforms to enter and exit the helicopter
- Please confirm that I am/we are recommended to wear enclosed toe, non-slip footwear
- All passengers weighing 125 kilograms or more are required to purchase a Comfort Seat in addition to their fare
- Passengers 125 kilograms and above are required to contact PHS (Professional Helicopter Services) as the supplier directly
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
