Aviation Tourism Australia has never experienced a jet helicopter accident since its incorporation in 1982. All flights include a thorough safety briefing, with written information and a verbal/ physical demonstration. Our ground crew and flight crew are professionals with extensive training and experience; in fact they are considered some of the best in the industry. Seat Belts/ Head sets/ Lifejackets Part of our strict adherence to Civil Aviation Safety Authority Regulations means that all flights require passengers to wear seat belts during the entire flight as well as lifejackets when flying over water. Headsets are worn in helicopters to protect hearing, and to enable passengers to listen to the pilot's commentary during the flight. The headsets provide two-way conversations with pilot, so passengers can ask questions about what they are seeing. Cancellation / Postponement requested by the client
