Two guests are required for a flight to go ahead. Maximum our aircraft can carry is weight-dependent, but up to 7 passengers
In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, we will attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent
This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from our staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency

Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Ayers Rock Scenic Flights reserve the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which places the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits

Any cancellations by the pilots due to weather or maintenance will receive a full refund
