No charge for cancellation outside of 24 hours Full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters Pty Ltd due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event. PETS Please leave your pets at home Our business is on a working farm with vineyards, livestock and our own pets and due to biosecurity protocols we don't allow outside pets. ONLY Service dogs are allowed but they CANNOT fly.

There is no age limit, however weight restrictions apply
All passengers must consent to be weighed on the day of travel and any guests exceeding 130kg will be unable to fly due to aircraft safety regulations
Any person weighing more than 110 kg may incur an additional cost
Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, passengers etc
If the weight limit is exceeded, the cost of an additional seat may apply or flight may be declined
Please call us prior to booking if you have any queries regarding weight restrictions
Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
Please bring your payment receipt or voucher details and photo identification
To ensure passenger safety and comfort, flights do not go ahead in rain, low clouds or heat over 35 degrees.
The pilot in command will make the final decision as to whether the flight will go ahead
