What To Bring
- Comfortable clothing suitable for exercising - no jeans
- Enclosed footwear (hiking boots or runners)
- Waterproof jacket

- Snacks
- One litre of water
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and hat

- Full training is provided so no experience necessary however we do recommend that you are not afraid of heights
- Minimum age is 15
- A moderate level of fitness is required
- Please note if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Tours run every day for a minimum of four people
