What To Bring

Comfortable flat shoes, sand shoes are recommended. No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels

Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk
This activity is not recommended for some guests age 70 and up with mobility issues
Helmets are provided and required
No one will be able to participate if they do no have enclosed footwear

Terms And Conditions

Age Requirements: Participants must be 12 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
Weight: Riders must weigh under 120kg. If over this weight, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in any Segway tour.
Alcohol & Drug Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Helmets and Safety Equipment: Helmets are mandatory and provided by the operator. All participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour.
Weather: Tours operate in light rain. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet-weather gear.
Clothing: Comfortable attire, enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes are mandatory.
Check-in: 15 minutes before departure, at Riverlife Adventure Centre.
Waiver & Indemnity: Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour. A waiver link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure their clients are informed.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
All participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including the ability to stand and balance unassisted.
Tours operate in most weather conditions except in the event of severe weather.

Great Tour

What a Fabulous tour ! Although it hurts your feet a little, it didn''t matter ! The tour was Awesome ! It just needed to be a little more exciting, eg: going a bit faster at times (more fun).. :D But it''s ok.

Jackie was an absolutely amazing tour with the most professional and fun Segway experience anyone could imagine. We spent 2 hours cruising through the city with all its night time splendor and it was unforgettable. It's a must for those like us that have never ridden a Segway and for those that have looking for something unique and romantic. I would recommend asking for Jackie to be your guide as she made it super fun and interesting
