We had a great session today at 13 Axes.
We did the 1.5 hour axe throwing experience. Me and my partner had a great time and the owner jason was great at explaining what we were meant to do. It is a lot harder than it looks but he was very helpful in teaching us. It made for a really good time and would recommend going to anyone who is looking for a fun activity.
What you can expect
Enjoy the thrill of hurling axes down a lane and hitting the bullseye during this fun axe throwing session in Brisbane. For 1.5 hours, you'll put your axe throwing skills to the test and receive tuition from qualified axe coaches to get the most out of your session.
Your axe throwing adventure kicks off with a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure that you are aware of all the safety measures in place, before a quick training session with an axe-hurling pro. Once you've nailed the basics, you'll begin throwing axes down the lane and trying your best to hit the targets.

- Session Times Thursday - 2pm or 4pm Friday - 2pm, 4pm or 6pm Saturday & Sunday - 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm Please note if you request a time outside of these session times your booking will not be accepted.

- 13 Axes will confirm availability once we receive your request.
- Key Points:
- Ensure your requested date and time fall within our operating hours and session times.
- Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the desired date.
- Reminder: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a direct Booking Confirmation from 13 Axes.
- Children under the age of 12 years old are NOT permitted to enter the Axe House venue under any circumstances. This includes babies and small children in prams etc
- Please arrive prior to your session to complete your safety waiver

- There are no additional fees for changing the participants names on the booking. As long as all participants have completed a waiver, are of age and are wearing enclosed shoes to enter the venue.
- Spectators aged 12 years and over are permitted to enter the venue, however they will need to be confirmed with management as we have strict regulations and cannot always permit additional people without prior organization. Spectators will also be required to complete a waiver to enter and must be wearing enclosed shoes. Spectators need to be a minimum of 12 years old to enter and will be required to show photo ID as proof of age.
- This is an all weather venue. Rain, Hail or Shine - We still throw axes!
- Wheelchair access to the axe house.
Terms And Conditions
- All individuals, including spectators, must complete a waiver to gain entry to the venue.
- Enclosed footwear is necessary for participation AND entry to the 13 Axes Axe House. No exceptions will be made, shoes must be completely enclosed. Please note - CROC'S are NOT an acceptable form of enclosed footwear for entry to the Axe House.
- The minimum age for participation is 12 years. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will sign the waiver on their behalf and remain present for the entire session. Anyone under 18 years old must provide a Student ID card or proof of age card. This is a condition of entry and is non-negotiable
- Children under the age of 12 years old are NOT permitted to enter the Axe House venue under any circumstances. This includes babies and small children in prams etc
- The provider reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons. They have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol and their decisions are absolute and final
- 13 Axes Axe Throwing runs on a strict session schedule and begins with a group safety briefing that ALL participants must be present for.
- Please note that the availability of this experience must be confirmed by 13 Axes Axe Throwing & Rage Rooms before your booking can be finalised. Ensure you have received a Booking Confirmation directly from 13 Axes to secure your session.
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 30 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes within 30 days of your experience are at the discretion of the provider
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

A fantastic experience!
Jason and his lovely wife have put such amazing effort into creating a safe, fun and vibey space. The axe throwing began with a detailed safety briefing followed by both group and one on one guidance to throwing axes. The date package gave us so much value, two free drinks, 90 mins of throwing and a smash room session which was even more enjoyable than anticipated. The group was notified of some understaffing on this day, and they really went above and beyond to both communicate this and ensure the experience was still amazing for their customers. Great music, friendly staff and moody lighting really gave this experience extra charm. The selection of additional smash room breakables was very tempting, a great range on offer, will definitely be giving some larger appliances a go next time! 13 axes has succeeded in offering these unique opportunities as more than just an activity but a whole experience. Thank you for such a great day, we will be back!
