Time
- Flight durations are accurate within a couple of minutes and reflect the approximate time spent in the air. Please note that variations may occur due to air traffic or operational requirements.
- Experience time includes your safety briefing, time for photos, aircraft start-up, and shut-down procedures. This means your total experience may be longer than just the airborne portion.
- Flight time will be confirmed at time of booking
- Brisbane City Scenic Flight - Flights depart between 8am-4pm. Once booked, the time will be confirmed based on existing bookings.
- Office hours are 7 days 8.00am-5.00pm
- We are closed from 4pm on Christmas eve plus Christmas Day

- Your flight experience time gracefully includes your safety briefing, photo opportunities, and the essential aircraft preparation and shutdown procedures.
- We kindly request all passenger names and weights in Kilograms (including clothes and shoes) at the time of booking (e.g., Jane Doe 75kg, John Smith 90kg). This helps us prepare your flight perfectly.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds aren't available if you choose not to participate on the day of your confirmed booking for any reason.
- Reschedules are permitted due to weather or other operational issues that might arise, ensuring your safety and the best possible flight experience. We'll always do our best to communicate any necessary changes to you promptly.
