Great segway adventure ??
I had a great few hours riding the segway around parts of Brisbane. The guide was informative and fun. The training was good and i felt safe and comfortable.

Led by a friendly, experienced guide, this 12 km route takes you to Brisbane’s most iconic locations—including the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, South Bank Parklands, Wheel of Brisbane, Gallery of Modern Art, City Botanic Gardens, Story Bridge, South Bank Beach, and more. With limited stops and maximum ride time, it’s designed for those who want to see more and glide further.
You’ll be riding the i2 Segway—the sleek, fast ‘sports car’ of all Segways—so expect a smooth, thrilling ride through Brisbane’s most scenic paths.
Pro tip: Bring a camera, comfy shoes, and a good sense of humour—there’ll be plenty of photo ops and fun moments along the way!

What To Bring
- Comfortable flat shoes, sand shoes are recommended. No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels
Terms And Conditions
- Age Requirements: Participants must be 12 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
- Weight: Riders must weigh under 120kg. If over this weight, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
- Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in any Segway tour.
- Alcohol & Drug Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
- Helmets and Safety Equipment: Helmets are mandatory and provided by the operator. All participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour.
- Weather: Tours operate in light rain. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet-weather gear.
- Clothing: Comfortable attire, enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes are mandatory.
- Check-in: 15 minutes before departure
- Waiver & Indemnity: Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour. A waiver link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure their clients are informed.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
- All participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including the ability to stand and balance unassisted.
- Tours operate in most weather conditions except in the event of severe weather.

Segway Joy Ride - do it! You will have fun!
I bought this Segway Joy Ride as a birthday present for my husband, We really enjoyed it, playing tourists in our own city - Brisbane. Fun and easy to do for nearly all ages. Matt, the instructor was patient, well-spoken and fun to be with. Thank you for a great day.
