I bought this as a gift for my husband. It was the BEST day! He loved the experience. The trainers were incredible and the day was so well organised. He had a lot of time in the car practicing what he learned. The spectators could see all of the course and watch the action from the side of the track. A fantastic experience for all ages!

I actually ended up changing my booking to the half day learn to drift due to travel arrangements, however I imagine the full day would be the same. The instructors were wonderful and patient and were super supportive. They broke down drifting into gradual stages so you learnt each step before progressing to the next. They had drinks available while you waited and the whole Queensland Raceway compex is great. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone, I would love to go back and do the full day if I get the opportunity.
What you can expect
Turn the key, drop the clutch and learn to drift with stunt driver and MAD MAX stunt double Eugene Arendsen and his crew. This full‑day Drift School gives you everything you need, a pro‑prepped drift car, fuel, food, drinks and more tyres than you’ll know what to do with. All driving abilities are welcome, and all you need is basic manual skills. You’ll share a car with a small group and rotate through the driver’s seat as your instructor coaches you through every move, right there beside you.
You’ll start with the fundamentals, handbrake control, 90‑degree slides and breaking traction on purpose. As your confidence builds, you’ll move into barrel turns, figure eights and drift doughnuts. Every technique builds on the last until you’re ready for the Driftkhana course, where it all comes together in one fast, gritty run. And when you’re done, the pros jump in and show you exactly what these cars can do with a full‑tilt Drift Battle Lap. This is a big day, run by real professionals, and you’ll walk away knowing you pushed harder, learnt more and did something you’ll be talking about for years.

- Spectators are welcome, due to limited seating it is advised to bring along extra seating
Terms And Conditions
- Participants must be at least 16 years old and have a valid drivers licence (P-Plate or above)
- Participants must wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt and closed-toe shoes while in the vehicle
- Maximum weight limit is 120kg
- You must have experience driving a manual transmission car
- Participants will be required to sign an indemnity accepting liability for any damage caused to the car
- You must have a 0.00% blood alcohol reading on the day
- This experience is an outdoor event and will go ahead in wet or damp conditions.
- If the experience provider deem the track unsafe, due to extreme weather conditions, your experience may be rescheduled to a convenient later date
- In the event of a cancelled day the participants will be advised either the night before or morning of the event with the phone number provided in the booking
- The experience provider reserves the right to stop the car or refuse anyone found to be driving or acting in an unsafe manner
- You will be allocated a car on the day with an instructor, shared with approximately three or four other participants
- Day information and sign-on sent approximately 3 days before the event
- Refunds are not available
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience with a rebooking fee of $100 per person
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

A lot of sitting around
They are nice, the cars are great and instructors are good, but I tracked the time actually spent in the car driving and it was 23 minutes, most of that is going to and from pits, Lots of sitting around and very little driving and when u get back in the car u need to pick up where u left off . A lot of money and a whole day for what could be much better achieved in a 1 on 1, 30 minute lesson.
