Departure Location
- Please meet at Ipswich Visitor Information Centre, 14 Queen Victoria Parade, Ipswich QLD 4305, 45 minutes before sunrise
- You MUST contact Floating Images to reconfirm your meeting time (contact details with be printed on your voucher)
What To Bring
- Comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to match the season are recommended
- A hat and sturdy shoes for the morning dew
- No open foot wear or high heels are permitted
Terms And Conditions
- All bookings are subject to the suppliers Terms & Conditions.
- Passengers weights must be noted in the booking notes
- Children aged 6-12yrs must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under 6 years are not allowed to fly as per the Australian aviation rules
- The flight path is subject to change without notice as dependant on wind speed with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of passengers in mind
- The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
- Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date – will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person deducted from your refund or full credit will held against the re-booking of your flight

- Any flight altered or cancelled between 72 hours (3 days) and 7 days prior to flight date & time
- will incur a rebooking fee of $50.00 per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund or credit will held against the re-booking of your flight.

- will forfeit the full fare per person and will not be refunded.

My recent adventure with the Hot Air Balloon Flight & Breakfast in the Brisbane region was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the experience was well-organized, thrilling, and unforgettable. The Experience: The day began early with a friendly welcome from Graeme and the crew. After a brief but thorough safety briefing, we were transported to the launch site. Watching the balloon inflate as the sun began to rise was a sight to behold. The excitement built up as we prepared for take-off. The Flight: Once airborne, the views were breathtaking. Floating gently above the Ipswich region, we were treated to stunning vistas of the countryside, rivers, and mountains.
