What you can expect
Step off the edge of Kangaroo Point cliffs feel the excitement of abseiling down the 20 metre drop on a Friday evening at twilight. This 1.5 hour abseiling adventure in the heart of Brisbane is the perfect way to combine thrills with unbeatable sunset views of the city.
As you wait in anticipation for your abseil – stand back and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Brisbane and watch the city cats, boats and kayakers skim across the meandering river. Then it's time to take a deep breath, conquer your fears and let the experienced instructors guide you safely over the edge.
Whether you're an experienced abseiler or a first timer, no experience is necessary to take part. Each session includes full instruction, safety briefing and equipment, all you need to do is come prepared to take on the heights. After your abseiling session, you'll be treated to a chilled beverage and grazing board in a riverside marquee.

- Spectators can watch from the riverbank or walk/cycle along the pathway next to the river
- Locker facilities are available for hire
Terms And Conditions
- The minimum age is 12 years old. Children aged 12-16 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Maximum weight limit is 120kg. There are no height restrictions for this activity
- Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $8.50 per person providing at least 48 hours' notice is given. If between 24-48 hours' notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person. If less than 24 hours' notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking. Gift vouchers are fully exchangeable and can be used on any adventure to the value of the original gift voucher
- Abseiling sessions may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
