Maximum weight is 120kg
Minimum age is 12 years old
Participants under 18 years require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver
All participants must complete a waiver and release of liability form before joining the tour
The ability to step on and off a Segway independently (similar to stair climbing) is required
In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
Participants suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied participation with no refund
Helmet (provided) must be worn at all times during the tour
Sandals, heels, or thongs are not permitted
Pregnant guests are not recommended
