All very well run, only issue was the ability to record the drive
This happened also to my daughter a few months earlier. Phone was set in the holder, but fell out on the first corner. Why not set up your own GoPro and allow drivers to buy a SD card to fit when they are seated. That way when the drive is complete they can just remove the card. All else very well run and a great fun drive

What you can expect
Feel the adrenaline surge through your body as you put your hands on the wheel, foot on the pedal, and take off around a real race track on this incredible V8 driving experience. You'll feel like a real V8 driver at Queensland's premier V8 venue, with five blistering laps around the track in a genuine Ford or Holden V8 race car.
You’ll be run through a driver safety and track briefing to get you ready to drive. This will include topics like braking, cornering, apexes and overtaking, and you'll be introduced to the vehicles and your driving instructors. Many instructors are current or ex-V8 drivers and they’ll be in the car with you and communicating by radio intercom to help you make the most out of your driving experience.
Accelerate out of the pits and onto the straight. With no speed limit at Queensland Raceway see how much speed you can handle under the guidance of your coach. With five unreal laps around the track, you'll soon realise how easy it is to drive a real V8 race car.

What To Bring
- Drivers Licence
- Wear comfortable clothing as the race suit will need to go over any clothing you choose to wear
- Long sleeves and long pants are required
- Fully enclosed, flat-soled shoes
Terms And Conditions
- If you have a concern with respect to health issues, especially shortness of breath, it is recommended that you seek professional advice from your family doctor before commencing this experience
- Participants must be at least 18 years and hold a Learner's Licence with a minimum 50 hours log booked
- You will be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participating in the experience
- All minors must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian on the day
- A current photo ID for both the passenger (student ID) and parent will need to be shown along with proof of guardianship, ie Medicare card
- If the experience is cancelled by Queensland Raceway, all bookings are to be rescheduled to a new date
- Balaclavas can be purchased on the day for $10
- Maximum height of 194cm
- Minimum height of 135cm
- Maximum weight limit is 120kg
- All cars are Manual with both Holden and Ford cars available
- Participants who arrive on the day of their experience and do not adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their experience
- If you normally wear spectacles, it is essential that they are soft frames and face fitting to ensure that they fit inside the helmet, contact lenses are not a preferred option as they often become dislodged
- Participant changes are allowed, so please contact experience provider up to 24 hours prior to your experience
- The briefing will be held in a group of approximately 15 to 20 people
- The drive may be interrupted or cancelled due to inclement weather as driving at high speed on a wet track can be dangerous
- Please contact the experience provider to confirm the status of the day
- In the case of your drive being cancelled due to weather, your experience will be rescheduled
Cancellation Policy
- For any re-bookings more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event date, there shall be no penalty applicable.
- For any re-bookings 30 - 14 days prior to a scheduled event date, a re-booking fee of $50 shall be applicable.
- For all bookings made directly with Queensland Raceway, this shall be processed by way of placing the appropriate credit on the customer's Queensland Raceways Account to enable the customer to re-book at a later time.
- There are no booking changes permitted within 14 days of an event. Any customer which fails to attend their experience booking without modifying their booking prior to the 14-day cutoff shall forfeit their booking & all monies paid.
- Refunds are not offered on Any V8 Race Experience purchases. If a customer is no longer able to attend their booking, they are permitted to nominate an alternative participant.
- If the experience is cancelled by Queensland Raceway, all bookings are to be rescheduled to a new date.

Amazing experience
Today me and my old man drove 8laps. We fulfilled one thing on our bucket list co pilots were very good with the instructions. What a experience we decided to go again for 16 laps.
