Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of scenic flights and day tours less than 48 hours prior to departure – 50% of flight cost
- Cancellation of scenic flights and day tours up to 48 hours prior to departure – no charge
- Cancellation of extended tours, custom itineraries and charters up to 7 days prior – 50% of flight cost
- Any flight cancelled by KAS Helicopters will not incur a cancellation charge, and every endeavor will be made to reschedule the flight to another time to suit passengers’ availability
- KAS Helicopters will not be made liable for any costs associated with airfares, accommodation or any other costs incurred due to helicopter flights which do not proceed as booked.
