Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or change of date made 48 hours or less prior to your event will incur a loss of 100% of the booking value.
Cancellations must be confirmed with Tweed Eco Cruises in writing.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents, Tweed Eco Cruises reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any deposit payments made.

Awesome experience

We absolutely loved this and we could have gone for 2 more hours. My 11yr loved catching the yabbies and my 9yr old loved the fishing. Only downside was, the location sent to me in the email was wrong, it said the address of the main office but should have said where to meet the boat which was 5-10mins away. Thankfully the fantastic crew called me and gave me the proper address and waited for us.
