- The maximum weight limit per passenger is 115kg. Please provide your weight in kilograms when booking so we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all.
- To maintain safety standards, passengers will be weighed on the day of the experience. If your weight is 5kg or more above the provided weight at the time of booking, we may not be able to accommodate you, and refunds will not be available.
- Infants aged under 2 are required to sit on a parent's lap free of charge (body weight is required)
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible
- This experience will have a maximum of seven participants
