Just outside of Cairns, you'll spend two hours riding the exciting grade 2-3 rapids as you paddle past scenic rainforest in the spectacular gorge. Your white water rafting tour kicks off with a safety briefing from your guide, who will also take you through the paddling techniques you need to tackle the ride ahead. On the Barron River you'll paddle through sections of calm water in between navigating thrilling grade 2-3 rapids. The 'Rooster Tail' in particular is sure to get your blood pumping! A leisurely paddle and opportunity to really take in the surrounding beauty of the Barron Gorge completes your unforgettable rafting adventure.
