What you can expect
Cut through the rainforest, dive into Indigenous culture, and get up close with Aussie wildlife on this full-day Kuranda adventure. Start strong with a ride on the Kuranda Scenic Railway, winding past waterfalls, steep ravines, and thick jungle as you climb toward the village. Once there, you’ve got free time to roam—hit the markets, check out local art, grab a coffee, or just soak up the laid-back vibes before heading deeper into the wild.
At Rainforestation Nature Park, things get hands-on. Climb aboard an amphibious Army Duck to cruise through the rainforest, watch a Pamagirri Aboriginal dance performance, and give boomerang or spear-throwing a crack. Then, it’s time to meet some Aussie icons at the Koala & Wildlife Park. Hand-feed a kangaroo, lock eyes with a cassowary, or snap a photo with a koala. Refuel with a proper Aussie BBQ before wrapping up with a ride on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, floating over the treetops with killer views.
