What you can expect

Get ready for an unforgettable day of adventure on beautiful Fitzroy Island! Your guide will meet you on-site, so please arrange your transport to the island in advance. Once you arrive, begin your experience with a paddleboarding lesson on the beach. Learn basic techniques before heading out into the crystal-clear tropical waters, where lush rainforest meets sandy shores.

Next, enjoy a guided snorkeling briefing and practice session to build your confidence before exploring vibrant marine life beneath the surface. Throughout the tour, you’ll spend up to five hours on the water with guided stops, discovering hidden spots and soaking up the stunning natural surroundings.

After the water activities, you’ll have time to explore Fitzroy Island at your own pace. Take a walk to the summit, visit the turtle rehabilitation centre, or simply unwind on the beach. If you’re after something more relaxed, head to Foxy’s Bar for a cool drink and ocean views.

Please remember to bring a refillable drink bottle and reef-safe sunscreen. During stinger season (summer), a stinger suit is recommended. If you choose not to wear one, long-sleeved swimwear or activewear is advised for added protection.

This tour is ideal for nature lovers, families, or anyone looking to experience the best of Tropical North Queensland in one unforgettable day. Whether you’re a first-timer or seasoned paddler, your guide will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
