Terms And Conditions
- Fitness Levels: the operator caters to everyone’s pace, size & ability.
- Swimming Levels: Guests need to have a very basic level of confidence to manoeuvre in the water.
- Suitable for kids and first-time canyoners
- Minimum age is eight years
- Maximum participant weight is 125kg
- Please advise diet requirements, allergies, surgeries, impairments, or disabilities that may affect your level of enjoyment on the day & so we can best cater to you.
- Pregnancy: Strongly not recommended during any stage of your pregnancy.
- A liability release form must be completed - any persons under 18 years of age will need this signed by a parent or legal guardian
- A medical declaration form must be completed - Any serious medical condition or history may disallow you from participating in the tour
- You will be booked into either Crystal Canyon or Behana Canyon experience based on numbers, weather, and availability, and we do not guarantee locations till minimum numbers have been met.
- This tour is subject to a minimum of four guests in order to guarantee its departure, in the unlikely event the supplier needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather or minimum numbers, you will be contacted by 6 pm the day before.

Cancellation Policy
- 50% cancellation fee will apply if a tour is canceled within 72 hours of travel date
- 100% non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of travel date
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
