What you can expect
Run into a host of Australian native animals during your visit to the Koala & Wildlife Park, located within World Heritage-listed rainforest in Kuranda. Walk the elevated pathways and get up close to a range of Aussie animals, including free-roamers in the landscaped gardens.
The Koala & Wildlife Park allows you to get up close and personal to native Australian wildlife including koalas, wombats, dingoes and Tasmanian devils as you walk along a series of raised pathways and you'll also have the chance to hand feed free-roaming kangaroos and wallabies in the landscaped gardens. While you're there, pay a visit to the endangered Lumholtz's tree kangaroo, and Jack the Ripper, the park's five metre saltwater crocodile weighing at 650kg. It's fun for the whole family!
