What you can expect

Nowhere else in the world can you fly over two world heritage landmarks side by side. Witness the oldest continually surviving tropical rainforest, the Wet Tropics Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef in one spectacular 45 minute helicopter flight.

Lifting off from Cairns, the flight commences over the Great Barrier Reef where the kaleidoscope of green and blue waters shine bright in contrast to the golden sands of Green Island, Arlington Reef, Vlassoff Cay and Upolu Cay. At lower elevations, you may even see manta rays, turtles and seasonal whales as they play in the bay.

Pilots will then cross back near Double Island and Palm Cove descending over lush rainforest clad mountains to enter the heart of Barron Gorge National Park. Spot the gushing Barron River and charming rainforest village of Kuranda before soaring over the cascading Barron Falls. As you head back to Cairns, follow the mesmerising flow of the river as it moves its way out to the ocean.
