What you can expect
Impress the gang at your next BBQ at your place after joining this fun and interactive cooking class. During your class, you will be taught the tips and tricks behind creating a delicious gourmet BBQ meal as well as learning the art of beer and food matching. On arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from your chef guide and be treated to a frosty beer. Make sure to roll up your sleeves and whack on an apron as this class is hands-on! You will learn valuable pointers on brining, marinating, rubbing and smoking meat as well as beer matching. After the class, indulge in your self-made four course meal with each dish paired with a delicious craft beer. Leave feeling confident enough to recreate these mouth-watering dishes at home.
