What To Bring

Please dress in comfortable layers
Avoid restrictive and bulky clothing as the rental clothing is worn on top of your clothes

Terms And Conditions

Children under eight years must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket
Children under two years can access snow play only, with no clothing hire available
Participant changes are allowed, please contact experience provider
Spectators are permitted on the viewing deck, no ticket is required for the viewing deck
Maximum of 300 participants, lower capacities may apply depending on snow cover
The snow play area is accessed by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible
Rescheduling available at the discretion of the experience provider and at an additional fee, with a minimum of 48 hours notice required
