Solo bookings will be paired with another guest
Children aged seven to 13 must kayak with an adult
Guests under 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian
Maximum weight limit is 120kg per person or 200kg per double kayak
First-time kayakers may be matched with experienced paddlers for safety
Swimming is not permitted due to the presence of marine life such as sharks and stingrays
Medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, asthma, cardiovascular conditions), pregnancy, and any injury, disability, disease, or illness that may affect safe participation must be disclosed prior to booking
Weather conditions can be unpredictable, and guides will assess safety at the time of the tour. If the tour is deemed unsafe, you’ll receive a credit to rebook or may request a full refund
Dry bags are available on kayaks for storing valuables
