During the wet season there may be rain forecast for the day of your tour. We will be in contact on the day of your tour to advise if it is still able to proceed. We can fly around small storms and in very light rain. If there is widespread, heavy rain we will try to reschedule where possible or provide a full refund minus any credit card/booking fees.

Caps are best in the chopper as you will be required to wear a headset

Terms And Conditions

No age limitations
Infants under the age of three years may sit on a parent or guardian's lap (with an infant restraint) at no extra charge - please advise the experience provider
Two children (between the age of three and thirteen years old) may occupy one passenger seat under the single restraint and fly for the price of one, provided they can be seated comfortably and do not exceed the combined weight of 77kg
There is an individual seat limit of 136kg and a combined passenger weight limit per helicopter of 270kg
Please ensure you check that the passenger weights on this confirmation are correct as it is highly imperative that the experience provider has accurate information to ensure they are loading the helicopters according to their specifications and CASA regulations
Any group or person that exceed the weights indicated on this confirmation will be unable to begin their tour and will not be entitled to a refund. Exceeding aircraft maximum weight limitations is unacceptable

Cancellation Policy

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours before the start time of your experience
No refunds or credit is provided if a passenger is denied boarding due to passenger weights exceeding those quoted on booking resulting in an exceedance of the aircraft's maximum take-off weight
Full cancellation minus credit card fees if cancelled due to weather or operational reasons
All bookings/vouchers must be for a minimum of two participants, and there is a maximum of three people per flight (within the weight limitations)
