Litchfield National Park is famed for its magnificent waterfalls, rugged sandstone escarpments, lush monsoon rainforests and crystal clear swimming holes. Discover all this scenic glory from the sky during a breathtaking scenic flight from Darwin. Your pilot will soar over the Darwin River Dam and the famous Rum Jungle Uranium Mine before arriving at the majestic Litchfield escarpments. Be in awe as you witness the Magnetic Ant Hills, Cascades, Lost City and many waterfalls including the Florence, Tjenja, Wangi, Tolmer and Sandy Creek Fall from above. On the loop home, you'll fly north out over the unreachable beauty of the Western Regions and the Bynoe and Darwin Harbour upper reaches. This flight is nothing short of spectacular!

Pre Wet Season Amazing Flight Litchfield
Our 2 hour circuit out of Darwin airport with views of the city & Harbour, plus flight out to Litchfield NP was amazing. Today’s pilot Shravan did a superb job looking after us at every step- including commentating & making sure we got great view lines. We saw various waterfalls & rock features & with the wet season late in, there was not much flow in the falls- but the countryside/ waterways are vast & beautiful. 4 seater plane was great with piloting & landing superb. We highly recommend Kookaburra Air out of Darwin.
