Highlights
What you can expect
Launch into a half-day kayak and snorkel adventure on Ningaloo Reef, paddling from Tantabiddi boat ramp out to the coral-rich Tantabiddi Sanctuary Zone. The four-hour tour includes return transfers from your Exmouth accommodation, with your guide sharing stories of the region’s wildlife and history on the drive around the NW Cape.
Once kitted out and briefed, team up in a double sit-on-top kayak and stroke your way across crystal waters for about 30 minutes, watching coral drift beneath your hull. Then slide off your kayak and come face to face with giant porite bommies hundreds of years old, blue and purple staghorn corals and flashes of parrotfish and butterflyfish. With over 300 coral species and 500 fish species calling the reef home, every fin kick reveals something new. Refuel with snacks and relive every moment on the ride back to town.
