What you can expect
Conquer the Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area from range to reef on this full-day safari from Exmouth, packing canyon lookouts, reef snorkelling and a gorge cruise into eight action-filled hours. Wind your way up into the rugged heights of Charles Knife Gorge, where deep canyons and Exmouth Gulf views set the scene. Refuel with morning tea at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse as reef and range stretch out below, and keep watch for humpback whales from July to early October.
Then it’s time to dive in. Plunge into Ningaloo’s famously turquoise waters and snorkel among 500 fish species and 300 types of coral. After lunch, glide deep into Yardie Creek Gorge by boat as craggy cliffs close in around you. Spot rare black-flanked rock wallabies basking on the rocks and osprey guarding giant nests. With pick-up, gear, meals and guide-snapped photos covered, all that’s left is chasing the most complete adventure the NW Cape has to offer.
