For two hours, qualified and professional surf instructors will take you through everything you need to know to get started or improve your surfing ability. Your group surf lesson will cover surf safety, ocean awareness of currents and dangers like rips, how waves are made and spotted, board riding technique, and of course, hands on personalised surf instruction. All instructors hold level 1 surf coach certificate plus surf rescue, working with children certificate and first aid.
