In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless you are contacted by the experience provider
Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather and the Marina expansion and other factors, for safety reasons, there may be some days where your flights will need to fly out of Barwon Heads Airport. The route will also change to suit the different location. Refunds will not be issued If this does occur.
If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather conditions or other factors and you need to reschedule, you may do this on the day with the experience provider directly
If you are unable to choose a new date on the day it is your responsibility to contact the experience provider in writing via email with another preferred date and time
All rescheduled bookings must be completed within 3 months of the original confirmed booking date

Disappointed

We paid for the 20 minute scenic flight over great Ocean Road towards Torquay. Pilot only took us around Geelong and did not go any further then the saltmarshes. Was very disappointed. When we questioned why we weren’t going further, he literally replied. “Sounds like you’re complaining!”
