Over the course of two hours, your skilled surf coach will teach you the basics of the sport, from ocean safety to correct paddling technique and stance in order to be up riding wave. Your Gold Coast surfing lesson will begin on the sand with a safety briefing and demonstration, before heading out into the water to put all the theory into practice.

After catching some waves, you will return to the sand for more detailed guidance on how to stand up, before spending the rest of the lesson in the water working on your skills. In no time at all, you'll be riding those waves like a pro.
