We had an amazing time, the ladies running the session were very well knowledgeable and gave lots of valuable information, friendly and patient with children. We would definitely do it again, an unforgettable experience.

Enjoyed but could have been alot better.

I really enjoyed this encounter with the dolphin (not dolphins) but i found it to be not worth its money. It didnt last very long and wasnt alot going on, didnt even get to feed them. I expected to be interacting with them alot more so was quite disappointed.

This experience does not include entry into the park. There are height and age restrictions, so please read further information listed below.

Exclusions

Entry to Sea World is NOT included with any Animal Adventures Program and MUST be purchased separately. Participants arriving without an entry ticket for general admission will not be able to participate in the Animal Adventure Program booked. Admission can be purchased on the day, however it is recommended that you pre-purchase your entry to avoid waiting in line and missing your Animal Adventure

Time

Operates daily at 11.45am and 2pm
From 26th December 2024 to 28th January 2025, it operates from 9.30am - 5.00pm
Dolphin Aqua Adventure programs are available 7 days a week and have approximately 14 participants per program. Approximate participant to animal ratio is 7:1
You must check-in at Animal Adventures inside Sea World at least 1 hour prior to the program

Duration

Program duration is approximately 45 minutes with approximately 20 minutes in the water

Additional Information

Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid pass for entry to Sea World
Participants must be 9+ years of age and a minimum of 132cm in height. Participants will be measured without footwear on the day of participation. If the participant does not meet the height restriction they will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants must be competent swimmers/able to swim unaided
Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them (one translator per two participants maximum). There are no complimentary programs for translators. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria
Participants must have controlled motor movement
Guests must remove any visible jewellery that can be removed including but not limited to; necklaces, bracelets, ear rings, body piercings, religious and cultural ornamentation, hair clips and pins (a single hair band is permitted) or any other accessories deemed not suitable in the program environment
Participants must follow directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff
Participants must be able to quickly exit the pool area unassisted
Based on medical advice, participants must not be pregnant
Participants must not have any open cuts or infections
Guests with disabilities are asked to call Customer Connect directly to determine suitability to participate in the Animal Adventures programs. Please note a limited number of special needs programs are available for people with disabilities that otherwise prohibit them from participating

Terms And Conditions

Participants acknowledge that they will be entering an environment housing animals. Whilst SeaWorld takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff, participants should be aware that close encounters with animals will always involve a degree of unpredictability, where quick reaction and strict attention to directions from staff are essential
Participants release SeaWorld to the full extent permitted by law from any claim for personal injury, loss or damage arising from their participation in Animal Adventure programs. Participants agree to comply with all lawful directions that SeaWorld makes in respect of their participation
All participation is subject to final assessment by the Marine Sciences staff member at the time of attendance. If at any time prior to the program or during the program a participant is assessed by the staff as not being able to fulfil the criteria, they will be directed to leave the program. No refund will be given
Availability, start times, duration times, number of participants, selection criteria and all other conditions and/or relevant information are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

Sea World may at its sole discretion cancel any Animal Adventures program if the Marine Sciences staff member is of the opinion that extreme weather or other conditions make it impossible for the program to be held. In the event of such cancellation, participants will either be rebooked into another Animal Adventures program (subject to program availability) or a full refund of program costs paid will be given to guests. Refunds will only be paid to the person who made the booking
Animal Adventure bookings are valid only for the date, time and program specified
Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

animal adventure, swim with dolphins.

not really worth the money, i paid over $500 for 2 people and didn't actually 'swim' with the dolphins, only played with them, touched them. Too short a time. Lovely photos though.
