Terms And Conditions

A security bond of $200 is required. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation from a valid debit card and will be cancelled once the boat is returned without damage. Alternatively, if you choose to use a credit card, the pre-authorisation amount will be $1
The nominated skipper must be 18 years of age or older
A form of photo ID must be provided, preferably belonging to the individual who made the booking
Guests may consume up to two alcoholic beverages per person, but the skipper must maintain a 0.00 BAC
Fishing is not permitted on our boats
Guests are not permitted to dock the boat at another location; they must remain on the water for the duration of their booking

Cancellation Policy

Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
