- This experience departs from the Towers of Chevron Renaissance, 23 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Look for the big red "Check In Office" sign on the window.

- Comfortable clothes suitable to the weather on the day i.e. shorts, t-shirt and runners
- Sunscreen and sunglasses as the glare on the water can be quite fierce

- Passengers may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property with them during the ride
- Lockers are available at the jetty to store any valuables
Terms And Conditions
- The minimum height for the jet boat ride is 100cm, and 5+ years of age
- Children up to the age of 10 need to be accompanied by a paying adult
- People with existing neck/back injuries or who are pregnant must not ride in the jet boat
- If you cancel, medical documentation needs to be submitted
- Please note that your jet boat ride cannot take place in extreme weather conditions like lightning or heavy rain

- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
