What you can expect

You will be catching waves in no time once you complete this two-hour surf lesson in Lorne. Suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate, you build the necessary skills to ride a wave on your own. Learning the fundamentals of keeping your balance on the board, ocean awareness and emergency safety behaviour, you will be equipped with what it takes to be a surfer. All needed gear is provided, and you will dive right into the lesson.

With the famous Great Ocean Road as your backdrop, your instructor moves at your pace, making sure you can follow every step and build the confidence to ride unassisted. Whether it is paddling onto the waves, improving your stance or recovering from a fall, every success has to be celebrated, and the motivation brings you closer to your goal step by step.
