A minimum level of fitness is required
Participants must be able to climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight
Participants must advise the experience provider of any medical condition that may prevent them from flying, such as a back problem
This experience is not suitable for women who are more than 12 weeks pregnant
Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances
A flight confirmation email is sent once the booking is confirmed, and it is the participant's responsibility to follow up with the experience provider if it is not received before the flight date
Bookings close at 4pm for the following day, and any booking requested after this time will not be confirmed or valid
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants travel in the basket
Flights are usually confirmed the night before and may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion in windy or wet weather
If a flight is cancelled, participants have 12 months to rebook, and the experience is not refundable or exchangeable
Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 7 days of the experience
