- Minimum weight is 25 kilograms, and maximum weight is 110 kilograms
- Maximum height is 1.93 metres
- Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian
- This experience is conducted in English, all participants are expected to have a basic understanding of English
- Proof of age may be requested before your experience commences
- Participants should be capable of complete approximately 10 kilometres of kayaking
- Bags and valuables will be stored in lockers
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- In the event that the experience cannot proceed participants will be provided a replacement cruise and a partial refund
- Smoking, vaping and the use of drugs and alcohol are not permitted during this experience

- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
