If you're up for an extreme adrenaline rush, swimming with sharks in the shark tank at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is an unforgettable adventure. With no diving experience necessary, you'll jump right in and come amazingly close with sharks of all shapes and sizes.

Your experience begins with a pre-dive briefing that will take you through everything you need to know. Then it's time to take the plunge. Inside the ocean tunnel you can come within centimetres of all kinds of sharks, including grey nurse sharks that range up to three metres long, white tip reef sharks and wobbegong. You'll also be swimming with hundreds of other marine creatures - including giant stingrays. Your adrenaline-pumping shark dive experience also comes with full access to the aquarium, so you can go exploring before or after your dive.

How It Works

All divers must be the age of 14 years and over. Any participants under 18 years of age must accompanied by a participating parent/guardian
All divers are required to arrive and 'check-in' at SEA LIFE premises at the stated arrival time on their ticket, voucher or confirmation email. Non-arrival or arrival after this time will result in non admittance to the dive at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast’s discretion, without refund. Missed dives after check-in time will not be re-scheduled.

Terms And Conditions

You must be able to swim
If you have a pre-existing medical condition but still want to dive, you must get medical clearance before your experience
Scuba Diving is physically demanding and can be dangerous if you suffer from certain medical conditions. It is very important that you, the diver, do not suffer from any contraindications to diving
Those who are pregnant are not permitted to participate
Please make sure you read and complete the medical questionnaire & clearance form before booking. If you suffer from or have suffered from medical conditions, including recent injuries, surgeries or psychological conditions then you will be required to obtain a fully completed medical clearance from a qualified dive doctor prior to booking in for the dive

Cancellation Policy

This experience is non-refundable and specific to the dive specified in the booking
A maximum of one change in the date, time or diver identity can be made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled dive. An administrative fee of $50 per person will apply and is payable at the time of the change
Changes within seven days of the dive will not be permitted
All dives must be paid for at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed by operator in advance
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
The operator reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in advance which are not paid for
In the event that a dive is cancelled by the operator then divers will be re-booked at the earliest possible time at the discretion of the operator. In the case of purchases bought through an agent, reimbursement for the tickets will be in line with the third party's T&Cs
