We swam in a school of fish

Due to water conditions we didn't dive at Portsea to see the sea dragons, but saw wonderful, colourful marine life at Blairgowrie instead. Our instructor Rasmus was extremely patient and encouraging which made it a fabulous experience.

What you can expect

Next you move to the pool, learning the basics in shallow water to allow you a comfortable transition to the underwater world. No pool, no sea dragons...

We purchased this experience as it stated that you will enter a swimming pool to learn the basics of scuba diving before moving into ocean, this was not the case. The whole reason we chose this experience was to learn before diving. We also didn't dive off Portsea pier which is where the Sea Dragons are located so we didn't see them either. Overall the diving instructor was great, it was a good experience but what was advertised was not delivered.
