Take adventure to extraordinary new heights with the ultimate tandem skydive over Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. Your journey begins at Pukaki Airport near Twizel, where the towering silhouette of Mount Cook sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. As the aircraft climbs high above New Zealand’s South Island, sweeping views of the Mackenzie Basin unfold beneath you before reaching the thrilling jump altitude of 16,500ft.
Then it’s time to unleash the ultimate freefall. Harnessed securely to your expert tandem instructor with Skydive Mt Cook, you’ll rocket through the sky for an incredible 70 seconds of adrenaline-fuelled freefall surrounded by some of the country’s most spectacular scenery. Once the parachute opens, the pace slows and the views take centre stage as you glide peacefully above Mount Cook, the turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo and the rugged Southern Alps.

- This experience departs on the hour every hour from 8am to 5pm
- Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your flight time

Terms And Conditions
- Children 18 years and under require a parent's or guardian's consent to jump
- Children under 12 years are evaluated on an individual basis
- Maximum weight is 100kg, please advise your weight at the time of booking
- Please consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Maximum of 12 participants in the plane
- Spectators are welcome
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
