Terms And Conditions
- The minimum age of participants on this cruise 5 years old
- Not recommended for travellers with back or heart problems, pregnant woman or those who have other serious medical conditions
- The tour will be rescheduled or cancelled in the unlikely event of poor weather.
- If whales are not spotted on a designated whale watch tour between the months of June to November, each passenger will be entitled to a ‘standby ticket’ enabling them to return on another subsequent tour date, this ticket is subject to availability and must be used within the same whale watching season
- Contact the ADR customer team prior to booking your tour to discuss any accessibility requirements
- This tour runs with a maximum of 12 people
- Participant changes are allowed
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
