What To Bring

You must wear enclosed, flat shoes; Sports shoes or something comfortable with grip are recommended. Wear light and comfortable clothes such as active wear or shorts/tracksuit pants and t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather. Don't forget your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen to your face and hands!

Terms And Conditions

You must meet the criteria listed below to experience HALO:
Over 8 years of age
Minimum 1.2 meters tall
Minimum 30kgs in weight
Maximum 136kgs in weight
All child bookings must be accompanied by a paid participating adult
Should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part; no specific training is required
If you have a disability, medical condition, over 75 years of age or pregnant, you must submit a medical form signed by your GP no later than 3 days prior to your tour. The medical form is available from the experience provider.

Cancellation Policy

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Booking Information

If you need to change your tour reservation, you must contact the experience provider directly at least 24 hours prior to your tour and your reservation will be rescheduled. The experience provider is under no obligation to reschedule your participation in a tour or refund the ticket if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your tour
The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety or other operational reasons, including inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures). If the experience provider cancels a tour and you are unable to attend a rescheduled tour, you will be provided a refund
